Flat-rate is non-refundable, but you keep the listing up as long as you want and can relist future vacancies at no extra cost.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yep — price, photos, description, and policies can all be updated anytime from your dashboard.
What if my listing is rejected?
If something's off (bad photos, missing info, duplicate, etc.) we'll email you with what to fix. You won't be charged until your listing is approved.
What does the $150 MLS option actually do?
We'll submit your listing to the SABOR MLS (San Antonio Board of Realtors) through a licensed broker relationship. Once it's in the MLS, every major rental site that pulls MLS data — Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Redfin, and others — will show your listing automatically, often within 24-48 hours.
