Most listings on RentInSA come from the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) MLS via licensed broker access. Owner-submitted listings are reviewed and posted by our admin team. Listing details are presented as-is from these sources; we do not guarantee accuracy and recommend verifying details directly with the listing contact.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

With listing owners or agents when you send an inquiry through the site.
With service providers who help us operate the site (hosting at DigitalOcean, AI text generation through Anthropic). These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.
With law enforcement when legally compelled or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies — primarily to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may break the sign-in flow.
